Initial Enquiry & Quote Stage
Every project begins with a conversation. Once you contact our office, we’ll discuss your requirements in detail and explore the type of structure you have in mind.
If helpful, we can arrange a site visit to:

Survey the proposed installation area.

Understand your space, style, and preferences.

Identify any considerations for groundworks, access, or positioning.
Following this, our team will prepare a tailored quotation for your review. We pride ourselves on being clear and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what’s included and what may require separate provision (such as groundworks, if not handled by us).
Planning & Design Stage
Once you are happy to move forward, we’ll work closely with you to refine the design of your oak frame.

We’ll take into account your preferences, requirements, and intended use.

Our team will advise on any preparatory works such as footings or service connections.

We’ll produce a finished plan for your approval, incorporating any design requests where possible.
When you’re satisfied, we’ll ask you to sign off the design. At this point, your oak is ordered and cut to specification in our yard by our skilled craftsmen.
Scheduling & Preparation
With your design finalised, we’ll agree an installation date and confirm the expected duration of works. Before this date, we’ll check in with you to ensure any required groundworks have been completed and are ready for our arrival.
We take scheduling seriously and will always keep you informed, so you can plan around your build with confidence.
Installation Stage
On installation day, your oak frame will arrive on site, delivered by lorry alongside our experienced HB Oak Frames installation team.

We aim to minimise disruption and keep the process as smooth as possible, while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Completion & Handover

Any snagging issues can be identified and resolved on site.

We’ll make sure you are fully satisfied before signing off the job.
At this stage, you’ll have a beautiful new oak frame structure ready to enjoy.
